Customers must check the product at the time of delivery while the rider is present. If any issue such as damage, defect, or incorrect product is found during this time, the product may be eligible for return.
Products cannot be opened or checked before completing the payment. After payment is completed, customers may check the product in front of the delivery rider.
A clear unboxing video is mandatory to request a return. The video must clearly show the product being opened for the first time and display the issue.
Return requests will only be accepted if the issue is identified while receiving the product from the delivery rider.
Once the product box has been opened and accepted by the customer, the return request will not be accepted unless the issue is immediately reported in front of the delivery rider.
If the delivery rider leaves the location after handing over the product, return or refund requests will no longer be accepted.
If any issue occurs after the delivery process is completed, customers must claim support through the official brand warranty service.
